Management

DMG provides developers, landlords and venues turn-key programs to manage restaurant, bar and catering assets. We can provide one of our existing concepts, develop a new concept, or take over an existing brand. DMG is partnering with property owners and developers who want to add a restaurant or bar to their property as a value-added amenity. Our restaurants help to maximize the value of commercial, residential and mixed-use spaces.

Case Study: Comme Ça Las Vegas
The latest edition to the Vegas strip is the stunning 3,000-room Cosmopolitan Hotel. Every inch of the space is designed to entice and amaze its guests, including its impressive collection of award-winning bars and restaurants. David Myers’ popular Comme Ça restaurant occupies prime real estate in The Cosmopolitan, including an expansive outdoor patio that overlooks Paris’ Eiffel Tower. DMG worked with the hotel developer and renowned designer Adam D. Tihany to create an entirely new expression of the West Hollywood flagship.

Case Study: David Myers Café and SOLA, Tokyo
In September, 2010, David Myers brought his unique culinary vision to the newly-renovated Mitsukoshi, Tokyo’s premier department store in the luxury Ginza shopping district. David Myers Café brings a bit of California cool to the bustling metropolis. The café features some of the most popular dishes in David’s repertoire including the Comme Ça burger. SOLA by David Myers is a high-end patisserie focusing on cakes, chocolates and other confections. Everyday SOLA serves over 600 chiffon cakes, its signature dish. As in all of David’s restaurants, ingredients are locally sourced and prepared with expert technique.
